bajix Complete Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between users ("User" or "you") of the bajix platform and its services, and bajix ("we" or "Platform"). By using bajix's services through its website, application, or any digital channel, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms.

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using bajix's services.

bajix reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time at its own discretion. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To open an account on the bajix platform, you must meet the following conditions:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must provide accurate and complete personal information.
• Must have an active and valid mobile number or email address.
• One person may operate only one account.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity should be reported to the bajix support team immediately. Sharing or transferring account credentials to anyone else is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Operating more than one account for the same person is a violation of bajix's policy. If multiple accounts are detected under the same person's name, bajix reserves the right to suspend all accounts and cancel any earned bonuses.

bajix reserves the right to verify a user's identity, age, or other information at any time. Verification may become mandatory after a certain threshold of deposits or withdrawals, or in cases of suspicious activity.

3.1 Required Documents

The following documents may be requested during verification:

• A copy of the National ID Card (NID) or passport.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used.
• A recent utility bill or document confirming address.

bajix reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete. All submitted documents will be handled with complete confidentiality and used solely for verification purposes.

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

bajix supports popular digital payment methods in Bangladesh. Accepted payment methods are:

• Upay
• Bank transfer (major commercial banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank)

4.2 Withdrawal Process

bajix generally processes successfully approved withdrawal requests within 1 hour. However, delays may occur if a verification process is ongoing or for any other reason. Identity verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made.

4.3 Applicable Restrictions

The following conditions apply at the time of withdrawal:

• It is recommended that the deposit method and withdrawal method be the same.
• If bonus terms have not been met, funds earned from a bonus may not be withdrawable.
• In the case of unusual or suspicious transactions, bajix may hold the withdrawal until an investigation is complete.
• All transactions will be completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bajix offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To receive the bonus, a valid account and a minimum deposit of ৳300 are required.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement must be completed to claim the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

The following conditions apply to claiming and using all promotional bonuses:

• Each user may claim each offer only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• If wagering requirements are not met within the specified time limit, the bonus will be cancelled.
• bajix reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus will be forfeited.

6.1 General Betting Rules

The following rules apply at all times when placing bets on bajix:

• A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If any technical error causes an abnormal result, bajix reserves the right to void that bet.
• In any dispute regarding a betting market, bajix's decision will be considered final.

6.2 Sports Betting

bajix offers markets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. The official results of the relevant sports governing body will be used to determine match outcomes. If an event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.

6.3 Casino Games

bajix's casino section offers live dealer games, slots, fishing games, and other games. Every game is operated in a fair and transparent manner. The individual rules of game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, Spribe, PG Soft, Ezugi, and others) may also apply.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bajix platform:

• Use of bots, automated scripts, or any other automated methods.
• Any form of manipulation, fraud, or match fixing.
• Sharing account details with others or selling an account.
• Bonus abuse or attempts to artificially fulfil wagering requirements.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Attempting unauthorized access to bajix's software or systems.
• Harassing or abusive behaviour toward other users.

• Option to temporarily suspend an account.

The bajix website, logo, brand name, software, content, graphics, and all other elements are the exclusive intellectual property of bajix.

Users may not do any of the following without bajix's permission:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any bajix content.
• Use bajix's trademarks or brand identity.
• Attempt to reverse engineer bajix's software.

Games and content from other companies on the platform (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, Spribe, PG Soft) are the property of their respective owners.

bajix always strives to provide a safe and reliable service. However, bajix's liability will be limited in the following circumstances:

• Loss caused by technical errors, server disruptions, or internet connectivity issues.
• Delays or issues caused by third-party payment providers.
• Force Majeure events such as natural disasters or cyber attacks.
• Loss caused by the user's own negligence or misuse by an authorized person.

11.1 Termination by the User

Any user may close their account at any time by contacting the bajix support team. Any existing balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

11.2 Termination by bajix

bajix may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following situations:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Providing a false identity or information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Prolonged inactivity.

In the event of account closure, the user will be notified as far in advance as possible, unless immediate action is required in cases of fraud.

bajix reserves the right to amend, change, or update these terms and conditions at any time as needed. Users will be notified as early as possible of any significant changes.

The latest version of the terms and conditions will always be available on the bajix website. Continuing to use the platform after any changes means you will be considered to have automatically accepted the new terms and conditions.

If any ambiguity or dispute arises in these terms and conditions, the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh will apply.
